Hi!

My name is Clare and I trained to be a Boogie Bounce Instructor back in September 2016, launching classes in the October. Ive come from no dance or fitness background as would be expected however do know how to have a lot of FUN! Something our classes absolutely centre around!

Since 2016 Ive trained 8 amazing instructors who work very closely alongside me in the business offering this fantastic programme to so many wonderful people, we run our classes in over 10 venues now covering Hampshire and West Sussex!

The classes we run are suitable for all shapes. ages (8+) and sizes, we welcome complete beginners and the class is taken at your own pace and level... ditch the running (rebounding burns 3x more calories), grab your friends and join in the fun!
