The primary objective of the Boogie Bounce Schools programme is to empower younger generations with a love and passions for physical activity which will allow them to take responsibility for their health and fitness into adulthood.
We are committed to providing a fun, exciting form of exercise which fosters a non-competitive, supportive and inclusive environment which is designed to motivate and encourage all students to participate – especially those who usually dislike classic P.E activities.
Bryony really shares the Boogie Bounce ethos, and we love working with her.
“I needed to find a company that shared my ambition of promoting healthy, active lifestyles in a way that is fun for all ages, shapes and sizes”.
“Boogie Bounce creates a new, energetic and incredible experience which adds a whole other element to their school PE lessons or after-school clubs.”.
Boogie Bounce Schools is our unique trampoline fitness programme aimed at younger pupils aged 5 – 11 years (Boogie Bounce Kidz) as well as senior school pupils (Boogie Bounce).
It’s a 30 – 45 minute long fun packed, music filled exercise class with a party atmosphere that involves froggin, stompin and leapin about. Children will sweat, get a great exercise session, and not even realise how hard they’ve worked.
Results from many schools, colleges and universities across the UK have demonstrated how effective Boogie Bounce has been at encouraging less active, less confident students to start enjoying exercising regularly. Many children are put off exercise into adult life because of their negative experiences at school, where most exercise is taken in a competitive environment.
Boogie Bounce can change this!
“Boogie bounce has had a phenomenal impact on our PE curriculum here at Lightwoods. The children are just so enthusiastic about taking part in the sessions, it’s completely changed their attitudes to exercise.”
- Matt, Head Teacher, Lightwoods Primary School.
We offer a unique, fun and inclusive way of getting fit and keeping active that is kind to young bones and joints. The low impact nature of Boogie Bounce aims to help reduce wear and tear on developing joints to help reduce the risk of joint problems in the future.
Are you interested in providing your pupils with a unique, engaging, non-competitive and totally fun form of exercise which will provoke genuine excitement and leave pupils feeling accomplished and wanting more?
We’ve had great success in introducing Boogie Bounce into schools as part of their regular physical education activities and there are a couple of options available.
We are more than happy to visit your school and discuss the benefits of Boogie Bounce, how the training and certification works, and any bespoke packages you wish to put together.
We are available to answer any questions you may have via email or telephone and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Most effective form of exercise known to man - NASA even agrees that bouncing is “the most effcient and effective exercise yet devised by man”. Studies by NASA scientists show that bouncing around on a mini trampoline is 68% more effective than jogging and yet requires less effort.

"Leading Boogie Bounce Kidz classes in schools is one of my favourite parts of being involved with Boogie Bounce. I love seeing all the smiles bouncing around on the childrens’ faces, knowing that the whole class is having fun whilst exercising at their own pace - which is often a lot more intense than they realise! The routines, the music, the disco lights and the mini-trampolines create a new, energetic and incredible experience which adds a whole other element to their school PE lessons or afterschool clubs. It's so wonderful to see everyone get involved and jump with joy,"

“Norbriggs Primary School recently won a competition for a full day of Boogie Bounce. The staff from Boogie Bounce were very professional and friendly. The children had an amazing day and needless to say they were all exhausted! As we enjoyed the day so much, and following many requests from the children, staff and parents, we now have a Boogie Bounce after school club. Highly recommended. Thank you.”
- JESSICA OTTER, NORBRIGGS PRIMARY SCHOOL
“It’s a great way to do exercise without knowing you are doing exercise, and a great way to meet new people”
- PUPIL, NORTH DEVON SCHOOL
